The Eagle Ridge Area is actually comprised of two legal descriptions: Lakota Hills and Eagle Ridge.
The Lakota Hills sub area is defined by the south side of Entrada St, Chelan St, 4th Ave and Somerset Dr. The homes on Chelan St, 4th Ave, and on the south side of EntradaDr, were built between 1987-1991 and feature several different floors plans including 2 bedroom ranch style homes with approximately 900 main level sq ft, 2 bedroom 2-story homes with approximately 1200 sq ft on the main & upper level, and 3 bedroom homes featuring either a tri-level layout or 2-story layout with approximately 1300 sq ft main & upper level(s). The homes on 4th Avenue are somewhat larger and have up to approximately 1,900 sq ft main & upper level(s).
The majority of these homes also feature basements, some with walk out basements, which adds to the number of bedrooms and total square footage of the homes. Several of the owners have finished the basements allowing for 4 bedrooms or more and additional living space with up to approximately 2,300 total finished sq ft.
The homes on Somerset Drive sit on a ridge in the neighborhood providing amazing views of Golden and the Foothills. These homes were built between 1989-1995. There are several different floor plans including ranch style homes, tri-level homes, split level homes and 2-story homes. The majority of the homes feature basements and on the east side of Somerset, many feature walk out basements with views of Golden and Denver. On the West side of the street, the homes command sweeping views of the Foothills.
The Eagle Ridge area is the 44 homes on the north side of Entrada Drive were built between 1997-2000 and range between approximately 2,500-4,000 total square feet (including basement sq ft).
