Marissa grew up in Colorado and was exposed to the Real Estate business at a very early age.  Marissa's father was a licensed Real Estate Agent for over 20 years.  Her corporate experience as well as influence from her mother as a small business owner has given Marissa a natural business acumen that ensures you receive the highest and best service possible.  Marissa also has a BA in Spanish with Math minor from the University of Colorado and a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States.

 

Marissa completed her Certified Negotiation Expert training to help her clients in their real estate transactions. Negotiation skills are critical to successful real estate transactions.

 

Marissa also has a lot of personal experience in Real Estate. Marissa owns a portfolio of rental properties, which adds valuable knowledge and understanding that is only gained from personal experience of buying and selling real estate of your own.

 

Marissa has been helping others buy and sell real estate since 2004. She previously worked for a franchise company and started her own Real Estate Company, Dream Climbers, Inc., in 2007.
